VINCI Natural Language Generation Environment.
Interpreter for morphology, lexicon and syntax data and rules to generate natural language utterances (words, phrases, sentences, paragraphs or dialogues). The language description files and the interpreter form the basis of an environment for modelling linguistic descriptions, for subject testing, and for language teaching. The interpreter itself, written in C, runs under Solaris or Windows.
