Submission Guidelines

Papers must be in English and strictly adhere to page limits as follows:

Full Paper: 5 pages (Max 1 extra page allowed at additional cost).

Poster Paper: 2 pages.

You may use the standard IEEE Transactions templates for Microsoft Word or LaTeX formats found at http://www.ieee.org/portal/pages/pubs/transactions/stylesheets.html. Alternatively you can follow the sample instructions in template.pdf at http://cms.comsoc.org/SiteGen/Uploads/public/Docs_Globecom_2010/template.pdf.

Only PDF files are accepted for paper review and must be submitted through EDAS. The Workshop Proceedings will be published in the IEEE GLOBECOM 2012 Conference Proceedings and IEEE Xplore®.
