Dr. Mohammad Zulkernine is a Professor and Canada Research Chair in Software Dependability in the School of Computing of Queen’s University, Canada. Dr. Zulkernine is also cross-appointed in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering and he leads the Queen’s Reliable Software Technology (QRST) research group. He has taught and received his education in four countries on three continents (Bangladesh, Japan, Canada, and Italy). Dr. Zulkernine received his BSc from Bangladesh (BUET), MEng from Japan, and PhD from Canada (Waterloo). His current research focuses on software reliability and security and the research projects are supported by a number of provincial and federal research funding agencies. He is also collaborating with various industrial research partners such as Bell Canada and Irdeto. Dr. Zulkernine is a senior member of the IEEE and the ACM, and a licensed professional engineer in the province of Ontario, Canada.
