Submission Guidelines We seek original contributions that have neither been previously published or currently under review. Authors can submit in any of the aforementioned special sessions a full paper (up to 8 pages) that describes complete works in a self-contained manner with the intent to give an oral presentation.
You may use the standard IEEE Transactions templates for Microsoft Word or LaTeX formats found at http://www.ieee.org/portal/pages/pubs/transactions/stylesheets.html.
Only PDF files are accepted for paper review and must be submitted through EDAS. The Workshop Proceedings will be published in the IEEE LCN 2013 Conference Proceedings and IEEE XploreŽ.
